Calcite allows us to feel serene without being "blissed out." Though the energy is extremely supple, calcite is an exceptional cleanser, removing putrified energy from the system. The effect I always notice is an inner integrity which feels like a warmth radiating outward from deep within.
Calcite is energetic without any negative side effects to the nervous system. It helps us maximize our potential, motivates us when we are lazy and expands our sense of self.
My personal favorites are the orange and pink. Orange works with the belly/navel area. This hue is generous and creative. Pink soothes the heart - unconditional love for self and others fills the being.
Blue calcite is an instant de-stresser and a fine stone for recuperation.
Rhomboid shapes are said to link parallel realities.
Use with other stones:
Clear calcite will amplify and any other stone and works well in grids. Use with awareness as change may be catalytic. Pink calcite, ruby, and goldstone is a combination for passionate self worth.
